We are 2 weeks out from the 1st Cycletherapy spin class of the season!  The weather has been good to us, and that has allowed us to stay reasonably fit.  Now is the time to begin that build towards the next level, and the next season.  Stating Saturday December 12th, and continuing every Saturday through February, join us @ 11:00 at Cycletherapy bicycles in Waterford.  Feel free to arrive early for a warm up, and expect the class to last 1:15 – 1:30.  Bring your bike, trainer, water, towel, shoes and any clothing you will need.  Contact me or Ernie at Cycletherapy if you have any questions.
