Coaching client Mark W. spent an extra 3 weeks in Tucson this spring recovering from a terrible crash, and resulting surgery.  The injuries were severe enough that he now has more titanium in his leg / hip than most avid riders have in their cherished Moots.  Severity aside, there was nothing that got in Mark’ s way as he worked tirelessly, and ever diligently, to get himself back up to speed.  While he is not where he would like to be as of this very moment, you have to commend him for showing up at The State Championship Cross race today and finishing 3rd in the Masters 55+, and 1st in the Masters 60+.  Awesome effort Mark!
