Cycletherapy Spin Class Week # 1 Recap
I knew going into this week it was going to be a tough pull to get people inside on their trainers for a class. Near 60 degree temps, and the pull of the open road was going to keep everyone but the diehards away. But we did get a few diehards to show up today – thanks goes out to Kevin, Dan, Keith and Mike for showing up and building some form with me.
