Rolling In The New Year
I worked through the early afternoon on New Year’s Eve, and then had to attend to some bike repairs to get my ride ready for the 5:30 departure. As it got closer and closer to the 5:30 ride time, I lost more and more of my potential riding partners. Until it was down to just myself. I was then left with the option of staying nice and warm, and riding inside, or suiting up and hitting the trail- and it’s 28 degree coldness. As much as I don’t mind the trainer I choose the later. It wasn’t bad at all once I got into the woods, and I stuck with it until my battery started flashing – indicating I was low on my charge.
