I wanted to point out a couple of the results that athletes I work with attained over the past few weekends. On May 27th Mike G. was in Winston-Salem for the Master’s Time Trial National championships. Despite a tough Winter / Spring with fighting several colds and flus, we got Mike dialed in just in time.  He smashed it on the day of the TT and finished 7th in the 50-54 age category, and was under 1:00 away from getting on the podium. On June 4th Scott H. was in Georgia competing in the USA Cycling Elite Men’s National Marathon Mountain Bike Championships. That’s 60+ miles and over 4 hours of mountain bike madness. Despite competing against several olympians, Scott crushed it and finished a very impressive 10th.
