Cycletherapy Spin Class Week 5 – 2/2/19 :: Simulated Prologue & Crit
Ernie from Cycletherapy threw everyone a curveball last week as he changed the layout for the class. Instead of South facing the class was North facing. It was an excellent change, and coupled with the rope lighting, it really set the tone for what was the penultimate class.
